Water Leak In The Yard
A cracked 3/4 PVC dresser coupling was found just after the meter connection, causing water issues. We dug about a foot down, removed the damaged section, and cleared out roots. After installing a sliding PVC dresser coupling with a 3/4 female connector to the meter, we allowed the glue to set for 30-45 minutes before turning the water back on. The meter now shows 0.00 with no leaks. Finally, we backfilled the area with bags of sand and the dirt we excavated.

AC Not Working
During our service call, we discovered that the air filter was being pulled into the fan, necessitating a replacement. Upon inspecting the condenser, we found a dead capacitor and excessive dirt buildup, likely contributing to the issue. We thoroughly cleaned the micro channel coils and reassembled the condenser, ensuring the AC is now functioning optimally.

Possible Gas Leak
A broken plastic chimney connection was causing issues due to screws being improperly installed. We replaced it with a new metal piece sourced from Johnstone and thoroughly checked the furnace's operation. Despite being 24 years old, the furnace is functioning well and performing as expected.
